Wonders will never cease in this Kenya. So after an Affidavit was used to accuse Justice Tunoi everyone has discovered that new trick.
First of all, there is no way any ‘Kangaroo’ court anywhere in the world would admit evidence from an Affidavit which is practically taking an oath in a court from the same criminal the case is charging.
Its like saying a rapist should be allowed to swear an affidavit to prove that the victim was his lover and that it was love making not rape, bure Kabisa!
So someone and I strongly suspect from Jubilee is using this Kabura fat thief to tarnish Waiguru’s name after she declared her interest in Nairobi Gubernatorial seat.
Waiguru by now has gone through worse scenario 100 times more explosive, and WHY DDIN’T DENIS OKARI run a similar story on KIDERO ? or his was not a sworn affidavit.
No! no! This is just one of those story with gender bias and Denis Okari has proven time again that his NAIROBI AVIATION story and this one was done after he got kickbacks. This is not about Okari seriously any professional journalist would have stayed clear because from the tweet below it has a million errors.
Whether Kidero is using his connections to lure that ‘filthy’ thief by the name of Kabura promising her freedom , well she is digging her grave even deeper. If this affidavit turns out to be full of lies, it will sink her case even deeper.

Coming just hours after Anne Waiguru confirmed that she’ll be going for the Nairobi governor’s seat, it will be interesting to see how this develops.
